Does car warranty cover battery?
I would recommend to check with your car dealer or warranty document of your car. Usually, car battery has its own manufacturer’s warranty.
Most of the batteries are covered for three years or 3X,XXX miles from the date of buy. If you find any problems with your battery and it is under warranty, then get it checked before warranty period expires.
A car battery is one of the items that may not be covered by warranty. So as to be sure of this, you can check the warranty document. The battery is normally covered by the manufacturer’s warranty but not of a used-car or dealer warranty.
New replacement batteries do have a manufacturer’s warranty like the batteries which comes from the NRMA which has a three-year warranty.
