Types of meditation Buddhism
The discipline of meditation has been scientifically proven to help people establish neural networks that facilitate the reduction of stress and anxiety, as well as promote self-awareness and improve emotional maturity.
Buddhist meditation, in particular, offers an exceptionally varied range of wonderful techniques that promote self-observation and greatly relieve the many pressures that we are subjected to in our daily life.
The different techniques of Buddhist meditation, of which there are many, can be divided into two main categories:
