What cancer causes anemia?
Anemia is usually associated with treatment for cancer, and in some cases is caused by cancer. The latter case is because red blood cells of cancer patients wear out faster than a healthy person. Cancers associated with anemia are usually blood cancers like leukemia, myeloma, and lymphoma. Also, anemia can be caused by cancers that cause blood loss such as cancer in the urinary tract, or cervical cancer.
