Tell a funny joke… The joke must be original. Original meaning it isn’t on any other website.
Why are some jokes funny while others fall flat? There are three major theories on humor. The first says that comedy comes from a joke’s ability to make us feel superior to others. The second theory states that jokes are funny if they are able to relieve tension. Finally, the third theory suggests that the most hilarious jokes are the ones that present us with an incongruent situation.
Here are some examples:
Theory #1: I know plenty of jokes about unemployed people, but none of them work.
Theory #2: A soldier got hit with mustard gas in battle, he came home and got pepper sprayed by the police; that makes him a seasoned veteran, I guess.
Theory #3: So I told my doctor that I broke my arm in two places. He said, "Dummy, how about you stop going to those places.”
It depends on how the person cracking the joke for mood is and moreover the person cracking the jokes compose it in an unexpected logical twist and new way, thus elicit a laugh (hopefully). Even most time the comedian is funny with their appearance, that is how they look when on stage also if the joke is not yet cracked. When one hears something that is unexpected to hear from fun, so the joke is considered to be funny.
